Applied on workday and then they will schedule interviews. The process was pretty smooth, HR was very responsive. There were 2 rounds total, one virtual and one in person at the office.

I applied through a recruiter and had two in-person interviews, spaced about a week apart. The first was with the hiring manager and a team member. The second was with Department heads and HR.

I had 2 rounds of interviews for this role, and the whole process was really draining and unprofessional. HR kept rescheduling the interview sessions even after we'd confirmed them. In the second round, the director didn't even show up, and HR and I waited for over 30 minutes! My friend referred me, so I agreed to a second attempt for the 2nd round instead of just giving up. The interview itself was alright, no tough questions, just the usual stuff. HR asked more questions than the hiring managers. Even with all the issues and my attitude, they didn't hire me and didn't give any feedback, which was super frustrating. They really didn't seem to respect candidates.
