The interview process was really welcoming and fun. They seemed genuinely interested in my hobbies and my career aspirations within the company. The hiring process itself was straightforward, quick, and very formal. They also offered competitive compensation. I'd consider working here again.

I had an initial interview for the Client Service Associate role while I was studying for the series 66 exam, but they clarified that the broker's license wasn't actually a requirement for this job. The interviewer didn't ask a lot of questions since my experience is so relevant to the position, but they mentioned they could probably secure me a better base salary because of my background. They said they'd reach out for the next interview, but I never heard back.

The interview process was a mess. First, the VP of Recruiting stood me up twice for a phone interview. The AVP then rescheduled with me and was 30 minutes late. After that, we set up a face-to-face interview for the next week. I got sick with a stomach virus and asked to postpone by one day to avoid being contagious. The AVP got annoyed, questioned my interest in the role, and then told me they were likely moving forward with another candidate. Given the multiple no-shows and the lack of consideration for my time and work arrangements, this response was surprising and revealed a lot about the potential work environment.

The interview process went very well. The recruiter answered all of my initial questions in the first interview. The next interview was with the regional manager and it was only 5 minutes long. The last interview was with the branch manager and assistant manager and they asked mostly behavioral questions. Very Standard.
