Senior UI-UX Designer
The interview process was straightforward. There were a total of 3 interviews, and all of them were panel-based. The relevant experts asked questions pertinent to my skills and how I approach tasks, and what the criteria are for improving them according to industry standards.

Complaint Handling Manager
So, there were three interviews. The first one was about 15-20 minutes, and the other two were really short, only about 5 minutes each. They asked some stuff about CGHM and how to handle complaints. Also asked about keeping up with the audit trail and if I knew about complaint TATs.

Data Analyst
After submitting my resume, the team lead called me, and then someone from HR contacted me. My screening was done over the phone, though sometimes people are called into the office.

Management Trainee Officer
Candidates were given a case study to work on and prepare a presentation about their findings and suggested solutions. Following this, a panel interview was conducted, covering questions about personal traits, educational background, and motivations for joining the company.
