I had about 12 months experience when I applied for this role. I was a bit new but I wanted to get into a better company. I sent my application online with my resume. Someone called me for a phone interview and said they'd let me know about the next stage. I guess I did well because they invited me for an in-person interview. I was pretty nervous because I hadn't interviewed much before and didn't know what to expect. I looked up some interview questions online but none of them came up. It was okay in the end. Two people interviewed me and it wasn't as awkward as I thought it would be. They asked me about my past experience and my work approach. They offered me the job over the phone the next day.

The interview experience was surprisingly enjoyable and quite direct. It did take some time to gather all the required documents and information, but I understand why they do it; they need to be sure you can actually do the job. Some people definitely lie on their applications. The interview was split between personal and technical aspects. They expect you to have a good understanding of technology, as they aren't using typewriters here. The questions were tricky, but I don't think getting them right or wrong was the main point – it was more about your reasoning. They really emphasized being a team player and easy to get along with, while also being highly professional during work and client meetings.

I learned about the role from my recruiter. It looked like a good fit based on the description. I then had a series of meetings with some of their executives. We discussed the business model, bonus structure, and my long-term career aspirations. Overall, the process wasn't too difficult. I felt confident in my abilities going in, and I didn't think they were asking unfair questions. It's important to present yourself professionally. If you know your stuff, they might hire you or not, but at least you know you gave it your best shot.
