The interview process started with a CV Screening. Then, there was an HR Interview which included a Personality Test. After that, there was a User Interview that also involved a Personality Test. The personality test had around 20-30 questions where you had to quickly mark 'M' for MOST described and 'L' for LEAST described aspects of yourself. For example: 1. Loyal | Confident | Energetic | Lovable 2. Adaptable | Quite | Reserved | Easy Going. This personality test took about 10 minutes. I had a technical interview with two people. They asked me basic questions about my background, my current work, and my typical daily tasks. They also asked about Java, my programming knowledge, database knowledge, programming concepts, and programming principles. There were no unusual questions or coding tests. The recruiter ghosted me, not even seeing my message for an hour after the interview, which is unprofessional, especially in banking.
- What programming principles do you utilize?
