The whole process took place in a full day. It had tests, a Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD), and a one-on-one interview. The test was a regular aptitude test checking logical thinking. For the LGD, each person got a problem and had to suggest a way to solve it. After everyone shared their ideas, we had to convince the others why our solution was the best to implement. The one-on-one interview was more psychological, asking about how I handle my flaws and what I've accomplished in the past few years.

The questions were pretty standard, like telling them about myself, my motivation for joining the company, and they also asked for my thoughts on a current economic issue before wrapping up.

The interview process started off poorly with profiling concerns about my religious background. It seemed like there was skepticism towards the sharia economy. During a subsequent interview, the interviewer made a comment comparing my appearance to someone from ISIS, which was quite startling.
