It was a quick interview, under an hour. They were really interested in hearing about times I showed I was detail-oriented, good at customer service, and aware of security. They cared more about my retail background than any office jobs I've had. They're looking for people who are eager to learn and want to build a career here.

I had a phone screening, and then an in person interview with my direct management. Both times the FBFC employees were really nice and knew their stuff. I felt like they listened to me and thought what I said was important. They asked about my education and work experience and asked some situational questions. They called me afterwards and offered me the job.

I was contacted by the HR Hiring Manager's assistant to set up a phone interview, which then led to an in-person interview. That went well, so I had a second interview at the branch I applied to. This second interview had two parts: first I interviewed with two people at the branch, and then I interviewed separately with the HR Hiring Manager. They called me that same evening to offer me the job.

It was a short interview, they asked some math questions that seemed to be testing basic understanding since you'll be working with money. It's good to mention if you're familiar with any banking applications during the interview.
