IT Trainee
the interview process was a bit strict with the HR interviewer, but generally it went well. We discussed my college experiences, like organizational involvement, work or internship history, and accomplishments.
- Can you tell me about an achievement you've had?
IT Trainee
I applied online on a job portal and after that I took a psychological test. A few days later, I had an HR interview where they asked me a lot of questions about my education, related experience, and past projects. The HR interviewers seemed really knowledgeable about IT and the technical side. The interview went smoothly and lasted about 30 minutes. I interviewed in the morning, and later that evening, they told me I didn't get the job.
- Can you discuss your educational background?
- What relevant experience do you have?
- Could you walk me through your past projects?
IT Trainee
The interview was to the point. The interviewer asked based on my previous answer. HRD asked me a lot about why I chose the major and campus and also the organizational experience during college.
- What programming languages are you proficient in?
- Can you explain your reasons for choosing your major?
- What led you to choose this particular campus?
