the interview was conducted over the phone. i believe it was a standard HR interview. the recruiter was really nice and easy to talk to. it was a brief and relaxed conversation. we spoke in Indonesian during the call.

Applied through Kalibrr and got a call to set up an HR interview. The HR interview was not great, they tried to be friendly but it felt judgy and intimidating. They asked questions about my personality, experience, and achievements. I passed this and moved to an assessment game on Skyrise, which I also passed. Next was a presentation on a market observation case study, followed by a Q&A and a panel interview with Business Unit Heads. This interview was much better; the BU Heads were nice and asked about my personality, experience, and motivations. I didn't get past this round, and they didn't update me. The next steps would have been an MCU and then an offer.
