I went to the BTPN office for an offline interview, part of session 2, from 1-6 pm. I was waiting for the human resource stage of the offline interview. They provided snacks and water. The interview order was based on arrival time. I just had to wait until the HR team called my name. However, since they didn't give an estimated time, the waiting period was quite long.

the MT process has 9 steps: first, a CV Screening, then an Initial Phone with HR, followed by an Offline HR Leaders interview, then an Online Psychological Test, after that a Case Study, then a BOD Panel Interview, next is Background Check, then Medical Check, and finally Offering.
