The selection process was straightforward and personal. There was no group activity, only an interview with the person in charge of the recruitment and selection of people department.
- What is your preferred area of practice?
Intern
It was straightforward and quick, they gave us a sheet to draw our past, present, and how we see ourselves in the future. Then, they ask us to explain and tell everyone in front of the group what each drawing means.
- Where did you come from and where do you want to go?
Intern
I had to write an essay on a topic chosen by the HR department, and also answer general knowledge questions. The essay was written by hand while the HR manager was present.
