Got hooked up with Banesco via a recruiter. They set up a Google Meet with the IT governance officer, and it went super well. Then, they set up a second call with him and the IT operations manager, which also went fine. A third interview was scheduled with the CIO and the current Help Desk Manager. This one was a bit tougher because it was a 3-person panel. They set up a fourth interview with the internal talent specialist, which felt like it was to make sure my expectations and what I understood about the role from the team matched what I was looking for. They mentioned they're still interviewing other candidates. Haven't heard back yet.

So first, I had a chat with the HR hiring manager. We talked about fit questions for the internship, like how long it is, what departments I'm interested in, and what paperwork I might need. After that, I had another interview with the manager of the department I'd be working in. That was also fit questions, like why I want to work at Banesco USA, why I'm interested in this specific department, and to tell them about myself.
