So it was a campus placement, right? First, there was a group discussion, then a psychometric test, and after that, a combined technical and HR interview. Only a few people made it past the GD. The final decision was based on how well you did on the psychometric test and the interview.

HR talked to me on the phone and set up the next interview. The interviewer was super late and didn't even say sorry. He kept his camera off the whole time, which was weird since mine was on. He was really condescending and acted like he already knew everything. He even said Bandhan Bank's culture is behind startups, which made sense given how he was acting. When I asked about what I'd be doing and company stuff, he just threw it back at me, asking if I read the job description and researched the company, totally avoiding my question. He smirked the whole time and his background was so noisy, I had to ask him to mute or move several times. When I asked about his team and how they work, he bragged about himself like he's the only one doing anything and put his team down. Then, after the interview, they just ghosted me. Definitely felt like I dodged a bullet.

Hr call to talk about your knowledge and tool experience, technologies you know. They share the JD and invite link, schedule the interview and fix a slot. Then another Hr call for salary discussion and joining date.

It's pretty easy to moderate. You should dress properly and have good communication skills. Be aware of people who try to engage any individual/agency/agent to make or issue employment/benefits offers on its behalf, ask for/charge/collect money from job seekers in return for employment opportunities or employment interviews, or send emails relating to jobs or employment from free web-based email providers such as Gmail, Hotmail, etc. You are advised to stay clear from such fraudsters.
