The process was great at first. I had a screening call, then another interview where I did a sales call role play and also a customer service representative role play (even though I applied for BDR). They said I did well on the BDR part but not the CS part. I feel people should be hired for the role they applied for. I applied for BDR and want to be in sales.

First, I talked to a recruiter and answered questions about my background and why I wanted to work at Bandalier. Then, I had an interview with a director where I was asked personal questions and did two roleplays to see how I handle feedback.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I had a first found interview with a recruiter. Second round was with a leader at the company as well as an alumna. Pretty typical sales questions and we did two role playing scenarios. However, the role playing scenarios were sales oriented, which was not the role I was applying for. In addition, my interview was in May and three months later every few weeks I get an update along the lines of "we're still working on contracts and hope to have answers." The recruiter did offer an alternative for those who wish to withdraw, but for those who are interested still have to keep waiting in limbo.

I applied and was contacted the very next day to set up an HR phone screen, which happened the day after that. It was a pretty standard call where the interviewer talked about the job and asked me about myself and my past experiences. They mentioned the next step would be a virtual interview, but then I never heard back after that first call.
