It was a one-on-one interview in a relaxed setting. The conversation was quite natural, with only a few standard interview questions that I feel are a waste of time. I generally appreciate interviews that lead to new professional connections and offer valuable learning experiences that boost my confidence for future opportunities.

I applied online and got a call for a one-on-one chat. I talked to the RM and BM, but it wasn't really what I thought it would be. Only the RM asked stuff, the BM was quiet. They said they'd call back next week, but then I got an email a few hours later saying they were moving on with other people. That felt pretty unprofessional.

The interview process itself was fast, but we had to wait a while afterward, which was longer than I would have liked. Sometimes corporate had trouble letting regional management know if they were going to hire someone.

The first meeting was a laid-back chat with the President. Then, I had a second interview with the Branch Manager (BM), where they asked more, but still easy, questions. They were mainly checking my personality and if I'd be a good fit for the team.
