After applying, I got a call within 10 days for the first interview with my potential direct manager. Following that, there were several steps: a psychometric test, an HR interview, report reviews, a home visit, and finally, they presented the offer, outlining the job's proposed responsibilities for me to accept or decline. Only honest and transparent individuals proceed.

The interview process at Bancolombia usually starts with an online application and then a first screening. After that, if you are selected, you will have one or more interviews where they might ask you behavioral, technical, and situational questions. After that, you might have more tests or background checks. The last step is usually an interview with a senior manager or HR to see if you fit the company culture and to talk about your salary. They want to see your skills, experience, and if you fit with the company values.

Intern
The interview process can differ depending on the department, but in my experience, it consisted of two phone calls. First, I spoke with a previous intern and the relationship manager. Then, I had a phone call with the managing director of the department. Both conversations were very informative and felt more like informal interviews, focusing on understanding my personality rather than assessing my technical abilities.
