My application process involved several steps. First, I applied through the website and completed online tests. Then, I was invited to an online group activity via Google Meets, which was a very relaxed session with about 8 participants. The HR representative started by talking about the bank and the role, after which everyone briefly introduced themselves, mentioning their name, university, experiences, and a fun fact. Finally, we had to brainstorm and present an innovative product idea for the bank. It took a while to get invited to the final stage, making me think I hadn't made it. About 3 weeks after the group activity, I was informed I'd have an interview with a manager from the area. It was more of a casual chat where she explained the department and asked a few non-technical questions. Less than a week later, I received confirmation that I was accepted for the internship.
