The process had several stages, increasing in complexity, finishing with more technical questions for the role. The interviewers were warm, professional, and dedicated.

The process was straightforward and friendly. It was well-organized and they kept me updated on every step, which made for a positive and clear experience from the start.

The first interview was over the phone, then the rest of the interviews were in groups via Meet. In the group interview, two activities were conducted. The first involved selecting a movie or series that describes us in the workplace. The second assigned us to a group of 4 people. We were given a made-up product or service and had to convince the opposing group to purchase it.

I went through several interviews. First, I spoke with an external consultant, and then with the regional manager of the location I was applying for. Both asked about my salary expectations. I stated that I needed more than I was currently earning. They asked if I would reconsider for the same amount, and I said possibly, due to emotional salary benefits, but not less because I have expenses. After passing these interviews, they informed me I needed to do a psychometric test, a pre-employment check, and a background check. I asked them when I would receive an offer, and they said after these steps. I thought this was strange, proceeding with these checks without knowing if I'd accept. Anyway, I did the psychometric test, which was thorough with drawings and inkblot interpretation. About 15 days later, HR from the bank contacted me with a start date. I was surprised because I didn't know I'd gotten the job, for which location, or under what conditions. I interrupted the HR person to express my surprise, and she seemed equally surprised as she wasn't clear on my conditions either, thinking I already knew. When she told me the salary, it was half of what I currently earn. I felt it was a joke to proceed this way, knowing my answer beforehand. They should have known from the start they needed to at least match my current salary. I believe they should have realized my rejection was likely, given the offer was half of what I requested and what I currently earn. Additionally, they were offering the lowest base salary for an 'Official de Empresas' when other lower-paying positions offered more.
