Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Banco Galicia.
Account Executive
The process was quite pleasant and enjoyable. The interview took place in a comfortable atmosphere, with a good attitude and a very natural conversation. I felt heard, and there was room to talk about my experience, my profile, and ask questions about the position and the agency.
- Tell me about your previous experiences working as an account executive.
Account Executive
We had a group interview that felt friendly and relaxed. First, each candidate shared their experience. Then, the interviewers asked us questions. If we moved forward, there was an individual interview.
- Tell me about your place of residence.
- Can you describe your professional experience?
- Are you able to travel for work?
Sales Executive
The interview was cut short, with no chance to talk, and the process was very poorly put together. It wasn't like a traditional interview... I'm not interested in companies like that where it's just guidelines with no chance to speak your mind or have a dialogue.
- Did you want the job?
