a couple of years ago, I went through a really long interview process, it had 5 different types of evaluations and took about 3 hours. I had to answer all sorts of questions, do some math calculations, then some series questions, and finally a big test with almost 200 questions to assess my profile.

So first there was like 3 interviews, with my direct manager, the head of sales, and some people I would be working with. Then I talked to HR. They also gave me some tests on abstract reasoning and I did an assessment with other candidates going for the same job.
