First, there was a virtual interview. If you pass that, you move on to an in-person interview with one of the sector managers. Pretty much the same questions were asked in both interviews.

I first uploaded my CV to the Bank's website. Around the same time, I received a call to schedule my entrance exam at the zonal management office. The entrance exam lasted approximately 7 hours. I found the content manageable because it covered topics I was studying in my degree program, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Technical Behavioral

The selection process wasn't good in my opinion. It includes a test that is not considered (computer knowledge) and another psychometric test which I personally find very random. Drawing a house, a person in the rain, a tree. Wartegg Test, Raven's Test. 180 true or false questions that I found misleading. Dialogue box with a client. After this test, which lasts approximately 5 hours (could be more, I took that long), at least in my location (Rio Gallegos), they call you for an interview with the manager, which I thought was a waste of time because if you don't pass the psychometric test, you don't get hired. I had to call HR in Buenos Aires to find out if I had passed, they transferred me to about 4 phones, and they treated me terribly on all of them. Thanks BNA for the lost time and I'm grateful for having been selected.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

It was a quick but really tough process. Lots of interviews. They really dug into my technical knowledge. There was a psychological part and a medical part too. They also did some studies on different days to see how I'd handle work pressure. The team I was interviewing with did their own technical assessments, including interviews, exams, and I had to present some papers.
