I had a total of 3 interviews plus 3 psychometric tests in this order: First, I submitted my job application and had an interview with HR. Second, I took online psychometric tests, which took about an hour and a half. If I passed those tests, I moved on to an interview with the area manager and the general administrator. Finally, there was one last interview with the branch manager of the specific branch I applied to.
