I applied for the internship program in early 2025. The first steps involved online tests for profile mapping and finding roles that fit my profile and interests, which was quite straightforward and didn't take long. The second stage was a group activity where everyone interested in the same role had about 20 minutes to prepare a simple presentation. On the same day, about 15 minutes later, there was an interview with the manager and the team from the area, in a very relaxed atmosphere with few technical questions. The response took a while and was sent by email.

First, we had a group dynamic. We had to introduce ourselves and then answer a random question. Then, the activity was to guess which Bradesco sector it was based on some clues. The main part of the dynamic was an investment challenge: we received a fictional amount of millions to invest and needed to choose technologies that fit the budget. From there, new situations arose, like: “The budget decreased by 50%, now what?”. The time for each round was always limited and, with each question, it seemed to decrease even more. At the end, if you were approved, in about 5 minutes you already received the message to move on to the interview with the manager.

The internship hiring process has several stages, including at least one group activity and an interview with the area manager. At the time, I went through the group activity and had two interviews for different areas. I was treated very well in the first interview. I was interviewed by a manager who enthusiastically explained his area to me and answered all my questions. He was very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same luck with the second interview, for another area. I don't think I was interviewed by a manager, as they seemed to have little knowledge about the area I would be joining. I didn't like the experience with this second interviewer much, because they seemed quite unenthusiastic and uninterested in presenting their area to me. They couldn't answer my questions very well and seemed nervous/anxious, as if I were interviewing them. It was a very strange situation. When they contacted me to schedule this second interview, they told me it was for an internship as a developer, but during the interview, I found out it was to work with spreadsheets in Excel. That said, as I had one very good experience and one very bad one, I would say my overall experience was neutral.
