The interview process started with a video interview with my manager. The first part involved a 2-minute presentation where I had to recommend myself for a team being set up to study how events cause big fluctuations. The second part, also with my manager, was a 3-minute task where I had to identify documents to help understand the project after being involved in the team. Next, I received an email with project details and had 7 minutes to write an email introducing the project to another manager who might join. This was followed by a 20-minute numerical test with 5 questions based on 2 graphs. Then, there was a Situational Judgement Test (SJT) with no time limit, asking what I would do if a dataset was low quality and how I would get help from a busy Dr. X. Finally, there was a coding test with no time limit, which included calculating the distance between two points and reversing a string.
