First, a credit executive will talk to you and ask you to open an account and transfer your pension fund with them. Then, you will be passed to HR, who will ask you about your previous work experience. Afterward, you will take two psychometric tests about what is morally right. If you pass these, you will be sent (that same day) to an interview with the manager. In the interview with the manager, they will ask you about your age, whether you have children or plan to have them, what you do for a living, and also about your work experience. Finally, you will have a last interview with the area leader, who will explain your duties.
