I was contacted on LinkedIn for this role. It was really hard to schedule a time to talk with the interviewer; they seemed overwhelmed. Even though a recruiter reached out, I was pretty interested. I was told to send a follow-up email in a few days for an update. I did that, but never heard back. Seriously, stop ghosting candidates and hire more recruiters!
