We did a group interview, there were four of us being interviewed together. They asked direct situational questions to each person, like 'tell me about how you would react to scenario X'. Then the next person could answer or build on the previous answer. It was helpful to know about fashion, styling, sales, and the company Banana Republic.

You'll apply online, and you can drop off your resume, but they'll actually have you complete the application online. It's a pretty chill interview process. They're basically looking for people who have done this before. You'll have to put together some outfits based on a theme and talk about why you picked them. They also gave me a tour and got back to me in a few days.
