A district manager reached out to me on LinkedIn, and then a recruiter from BR contacted me to set up an interview. After that, I had two more interviews. The first was with a General Manager and a District Manager. The second interview was with a Senior District Manager and a Regional Director of Stores. The whole experience was fantastic – everyone was genuine, professional, and made me feel welcome. I'm really thankful for the experience and the offer I received.
