I sent in my application on the web and received a call back two days later. They asked me to come in for an interview in a few days. When I arrived a bit early, the interviewer told me to take a walk around the store and pick out an outfit I'd wear to a party. After that, we headed to the back of the store where she asked me some typical Gap questions. As soon as we finished, she offered me the job, and my orientation is scheduled in three days.

So the first interview was a group thing with like 10 people, and it was with the store's GM and CEM. They'd ask a question, and we'd all go around and answer the same one. It wasn't too tough and lasted about 45 minutes. They said they'd call if we moved on. I got a call three days later for an interview with the MPM, which was pretty quick, only 20 minutes. The next day, I got an offer call.
