First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bally’s.
Compliance Analyst
The interview process was pretty standard. There were just 2 rounds total. First, I spoke with the recruiter, and then with the Chief Compliance Officer. They asked me about my past work and how I'd fit into the company.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
Manager
The corporate recruiter in Providence was very impressed with me and my background, and said they would set up an interview with upper management in the location. However, the recruiter has since neither reached out nor responded when contacted. Such ghosting after saying otherwise would occur is a warning sign to anyone who may apply here.
- Can you tell me about your background?
Auditor
I didnt have a real interview. I got an email saying I was selected for a phone interview and to call if I had questions. When I called HR, they told me the position was filled and I suggested they remove it from their website to save others time.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Service Agent
It was a group interview to see how personable you come across. There were some very simple ice breaker questions in front of managers. It felt very casual, which might fool you but they're judging you like it's a big competition. Smiling a lot and showing lots of energy are the most important things in this kind of interview.
- Tell me about your favorite snack food.
