I didn't take the interview process seriously and didn't feel like it was a fair assessment. They asked me to do a supplemental test, but they didn't even look at it in the end. It makes me wonder why they asked for it if they weren't going to review it.

The manager was super friendly and answered everything I asked. It felt relaxed, but still professional. They went over all the extensive benefits like health and medical, plus 401k from BP and the parent company. It was really clear they expect their staff to be serious about craft beer.
