Had 3 rounds total. First was a prescreen with HR, focused on behavioral questions. Then I met with the Manager of the Dept, where we talked about my knowledge of the systems they use. Finally, I had a meeting with the team which was a mix of behavioral and some technical questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward, basically just needing to know your basic accounting principles and maybe a bit about real estate. They really emphasized wanting someone eager to learn and with a good attitude. It involved a few rounds talking with folks from the accounting team and the controller. Everyone I met was nice and easy to chat with.

The hiring manager kept their camera off the entire interview, and we spoke for more than an hour. They told me I was a great candidate, but then the recruiters said they weren't interested in moving forward.
