I went through 3 interviews and was supposed to hear back within a week. When I didn't, I followed up and was told they needed another week. They never got back to me, and I decided not to chase them again because I felt my time was wasted. After about a month, Chelsea called to say she finally had an update. I called her back, and she texted saying she'd return my call. Still nothing. It felt like a huge waste of my time.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process is based on your experience, professional background, and education. Confidence is key. My process involved several interviews, starting with the recruiter for about an hour to see if I was a good fit and to have them "sell" me to their client for a contract-to-hire role. After that, there were at least two more interviews: one with the hiring manager and another with stakeholders I'd be working with.

I was sent three tests for this company. It took them four emails to send me the three links, which all led to the same page. The tests themselves were pretty simple and thorough. The recruiter was nice and got straight to the point in their emails, but one email would've been enough.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Standard customer service questions were asked.
  • The technical questions were very easy, especially for someone with an A+ cert.
  • The typing test was the hardest because the words were small and easy to mix up, which was maybe the point.

When you get to the main building, you sign in. The interview was pretty straightforward and quick. They mainly wanted to see if you could do basic math, identify tools, and discuss your past work.
