The interview process is lengthy, usually spanning 8 weeks. It starts with about 6 phone interviews before they invite you to the CA (presumably the main office or assessment center). Once you're there, you'll face 7 interviews in a single day. I met with the VP of Engineering, VP of Global Sales & Marketing, the President, HR, an Inside Sales Manager, and a Business Development Manager. It was a pleasure talking with most of them; they were an amazing group of talented and knowledgeable people. Everyone I encountered at the company showed a deep understanding of the business. This company is very particular about the kind of person they hire and really focuses on what might seem like small details to some. They only cover airfare, and you'll have to pay for all other expenses, but they do reimburse you within a couple of weeks. My impression is that if they hire a 'hunter,' they'll likely stay with the company for a long time.

Had a really nice and friendly first interview with HR about the job. The place and people were clean and professional. I got there 15 mins early, signed in, waited about 10 mins, and then they took me to a back office to meet with the HR manager and assistant. The first interview lasted around 30-40 minutes. It was one of the more pleasant interviews I've had recently. They're really looking for someone with an engineering background who can also use that knowledge on the business side. We talked about the position, my past experience, and if I thought I'd be a good fit. They stressed how everyone's important in the company because it's small and private. They asked if I was okay with reporting to bosses and doing presentations. This was just the initial screening. They mentioned they had more candidates to see and would let me know by the end of the month about a second interview, followed by a final one with the top 1-2 people.

The interview process spanned three days. Day 1 involved an initial chat with HR about my background and the company. Day 2 was with two managers, focusing on my past work and my strengths and weaknesses. Day 3 was with the owner and CEO, who asked about my previous experience and generally wanted to know more about me. All interviews were one-on-one.

So I had two phone interviews and then two in-person ones, but after the last in-person interview, I never heard back. I think I was a bit too straightforward with my answers and not political enough, which probably didn't help. Also, their daily operations felt a bit behind the times for me.
