Customer Service Representative
It was a great experience, the team was nice and I could tell that the company has a good culture. The interview was as expected. I'm hoping for a full time job and can't wait to join the team.
- Can you share an instance where you made a mistake?
Solution Architect
I interviewed for an architect role. The interview was mostly technical, covering integration, solution development, and non-functional aspects of architecture. About 30% of the questions were about soft skills. So, you need both technical and people skills for this architect job.
- Can you explain what a microservice is and how distributed transactions work within them?
Software Engineer
It was a pretty standard interview process, and overall I had an awesome and fun experience. The take-home coding project was great. They were really responsive, letting me know the same day if I was moving on or if I didn't make it to the next stage. The process included an initial phone screening, a take-home coding challenge, and then a final round with three interviews: the first was behavioral and reviewed my resume, the second was technical where I had to provide a modified solution to the take-home challenge, and the third was technical focusing on Java expertise.
- Can you explain what reflection is in Java?
- What distinguishes interfaces from abstract classes?
- Could you clarify the differences between JVM, JRE, and JDK?
Senior Full Stack Engineer
So I had 4 rounds in total. 3 technical and 1 screening. The process started on Nov 25th and they got back to me on Jan 12th with a rejection. The reason was that even though I did well on the tasks, his gut feeling was off, and this feedback came 3 weeks after the last tech round.
- What are your thoughts on network security?
- Can you discuss your experience with Fintech?
- What are the basics of React Native?
