It was a competitive interview with a smooth pace. They were understanding and proceeded with the interview despite my significant connection issues, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely suggest going over your resume in detail before the interview.

I got a call about a week after I applied online according to the firm's site instructions. The hiring manager was really nice and worked with me to set up a time. I had one interview with two hiring managers, one from the local office and one from the main office. They were both super professional and really knew their stuff about the firm and its vibe. They explained exactly what they'd need me to do. I didn't get a second interview, but the hiring manager did call me back to let me know they'd hired someone else and thanked me for my interest. Even though I didn't get the job, they treated me well, and I think that says a lot about the firm.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • None, if you know the job you will be able to answer the questions. They do not try to trick you or make you stumble on a point, they just want to know you can do the work the way they need it done and you will fit in with the culture of the firm.

It was a pretty standard interview process. Everyone I spoke with was professional and seemed nice, and I initially felt good about the firm regardless of the outcome. However, my positive feelings faded as I waited for nearly six weeks without any updates. When I finally received a form rejection, I wasn't shocked, but I was annoyed that it took them so long to respond. I understand rejections are part of the process, but when a candidate takes a day off from work to interview and then gets ghosted, it reflects poorly on the firm's professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this firm to clients or colleagues based on this experience. How a firm treats candidates shows its culture, and this firm needs to improve its culture.

Applied on Indeed and got a call 3 days later. They invited me for an in person interview a few days later. Longest interview of my life. Met with 7 people. Most were nice and genuinely interested in my resume but the VP was the rudest man I've ever met in my life. He asked me 1 question and then stared at his phone texting. I felt awkward so I started to ask him questions about his position and he NEVER looked up from his phone. If anything- it was a learning experience.
