Candidate-reported interview process

I saw the job posting online and applied. I got a call from the sales team for a phone interview, then I had an in-person interview. They made me wait for 20 minutes.

I was contacted by phone and text to call the recruiter. I called and we set up a phone interview for the same day. We spoke for about 20 minutes about my background. She is now sending my info to the hiring manager and that interview will be scheduled for next week. It was all clear and easy to follow. I liked the process.

The recruiter reached out, and it seemed like a good fit initially. I had an interview, but then there was no response until I followed up. The interview itself went well, but then I was ghosted.
