Candidate-reported interview process

This interview was tough for a newbie, mostly focused on numbers and felt stressful. The role demands an aggressive strategy to hit sales targets in the competitive financial market.

I had a couple of calls with them. The first was a recruiter call, then a phone screen with the hiring manager.

GD followed by PI. They were well organized and clear about what they were looking for. The people handling were humble. However, they were a little laid back with time management. Overall, it was a good experience.
