Had one call with the recruiter, who asked about how I would handle conflict before, during, and after it arose. They also asked me to describe myself. I liked the recruiter and the vibe. They also told me about their favorite part of working there.

interview with the managing director was very straightforward. They talked a lot about company culture and how it stacks up against other local offices. Mostly, they wanted to know my reasons for getting into real estate and my interest in the field.

It was about two interviews. One was in person the other one was on the phone. It was a lot of needing to impress the managing broker. But otherwise, easy.
