The interview was based on my knowledge. Since I was a recent graduate without prior work experience, they asked about my theoretical knowledge and what I could contribute to the company.
I was submitted through an agency. A day later, HCRI was interested in my resume and I had an interview within that week. The interview process was thorough; I had 30-minute increments with three different managers. All my questions were answered, and I felt the environment was healthy and that my department team would be a great fit. I was offered the position a little over a week later after final interviews were conducted. At no point did I feel out of the loop regarding my application status.
Applied online and got an interview request pretty fast, within a week. I think I met with 4 people in total. Since it was an entry-level gig, it wasn't super focused on specific skills.
