An external recruiter reached out, then I had a 1-hour interview with both the head of marketing and the head of HR. They asked me to record the call and then asked some intense questions, like about my current company's financials and my manager's full name. It was just a really off-putting and uncomfortable experience.
This was a really negative experience for me. The interviewer didn't introduce himself or his role. He asked me questions that felt like they were for a 17-year-old sales associate. It was super unprofessional and made me lose interest in the brand. I was a big fan and was really excited about this opportunity. I felt rushed, ignored, and like he was just reading from a script with no emotion.
This was the worst and most unprofessional phone interview I've ever had. It felt like the interviewer just Googled a list of questions and didn't actually listen to any of my answers. The conversation had no flow, with just one unclear question after another. They were extremely rude when I asked for clarification on their odd, irrelevant questions. They showed no real interest in the company or the position. It's shocking this is how Baggu represents itself, and I'm completely turned off from doing business with them.
