Candidate-reported interview process

I had an onsite interview with a manager at the Warren, Michigan facility. We spent about an hour and a half discussing things in the conference room and then looking at the Bradley fighting vehicle.

I had an interview with 6 engineers from the team. It was a Teams call. The questions were very basic and not technical, lasting about an hour. They were very friendly. I got an offer but declined because of relocation and pay.

The interview process had straightforward questions that were easy to grasp. I felt involved and gained a good understanding of the role and the company, which helped me perform well.
