Candidate-reported interview process

Great interviews, great people. The process was quick and streamlined. The interviewers seemed very interested to get to know me as a person. I was very happy with the process in general.

It was pretty straightforward and relaxed. Just make sure you know your stuff about yourself, the company, the job, and whoever you're talking to. Be yourself but keep it professional, and try not to ramble. Always have some questions ready for the end, take notes as they speak, and send a follow-up within 24 hours.

I had a panel of subject matter experts ask me questions, and then their boss joined by phone. It felt pretty informal, but the laissez-faire process was also frustrating. I didn't hear back after that.
