Candidate-reported interview process

Had a phone call screening, they asked about my programming experience and were nice. Since it was for a freshman interview, they didn't expect me to know a lot, just wanted to gauge my ability to learn. It took them a whole month to respond after the phone interview.

Great interview experience, they just asked about my resume and a few behavioral questions like how I work on a team and my strengths/weaknesses. It only took about 30 minutes and I was able to talk to the hiring manager and the leader of the Internship program.

The interview process doesn't involve a LeetCode round. It consists of a single interview that is mostly behavioral, with two to three technical questions focused on your most confident programming language. You'll be interviewed by three recruiters from the team.
