It was a chill chat, felt pretty relaxed. They asked stuff that wasn't hard, made me feel good. A recruiter hit me up first, we chatted about pay, then they set up a talk with the boss. Only one interview happened.
Applied to the job, and it took about three weeks for the recruiter to get back to me. The recruiter then set up a phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes and asked me to schedule the next interview within that week. Next was a panel interview with the hiring manager and some other people, where they asked questions based on my resume and some behavioral questions. I was called back the next day to set up the final round. The final round was with the hiring manager and a director; it was pretty informal and mostly a recap of the panel interview. I got an offer the day after that.
applied online, went through a phone interview which was very light and personal. Then in person interview after which you need to apply for security clearances and a drug test before they offer the position. They do need you to start as soon as you can tho, as soon as you accept the offer they will expect you to start as soon as you get back from school. although overall good experience they they want hard workers with interpersonal skills and are able to plan and organize a day well. i would recommend to anyone looking to gain experience and bolster their resume.
