Candidate-reported interview process

Had two interviews, the first was a phone call and the second was a panel interview over teams. They asked pretty much the same questions in both. I had a good amount of time to ask questions during both interviews.

I had a zoom interview with two people who work there. They asked behavioral questions, some hypothetical questions, and some questions about the company. They didn't ask about my resume, so I had to use the questions they asked to talk about my experience. It was a relaxed experience and I liked learning about the internship and the company.

Had two phone calls, one with HR and another with the supervisor. They asked me questions about my experience and what kind of person I am. I also got to ask them about the job and the company. Both chats were about 20 minutes long.
