BAE Systems USA Executive Assistant interviews, decoded.

It was a two step interview process for an Administrative Assistant role. One interview was with a Director, and the other interview was with the Administrative Manager, a 2nd Director, and an admin from the team. I was an out of state candidate, and this team knew that, with that being said, the hiring manager never asked me this question: "If you were offered the position, how soon do you anticipate you could start?"

The interview was with a panel. They were really welcoming and made it clear what the role was all about and what it needed. They asked some creative questions and were happy to answer any questions I had at the end.

It was a panel interview. Three people were interviewing me, plus myself. They asked me very direct questions and were very up-front about what would be expected of me in the role.
