It was a super relaxed interview process. I had a panel of engineers who asked me about my projects, my experience, and why I wanted to join BAE Systems. It was very nice overall, and they really seemed to care more about how well I could describe my projects and how in-depth I went. They also asked how I’ve dealt with a difficult situation regarding teammates.
The interview process was pretty simple, just one phone interview. It was a very casual chat where we talked about the things on my resume. I heard back about a month after I interviewed.
The interview process was pretty simple. They asked me to introduce myself, point out the important parts of my resume, and asked questions specific to my skills. Since it's an internship, they really wanted to see the skills I learned in college and how I could back them up with examples.
