I applied in December 2020 and a recruiter reached out in March. I said I was interested and she ghosted me. I emailed and called but no response. It's frustrating because if you're not going to interview someone, at least reply and say you're moving forward with others instead of saying you're interested and then disappearing.
I applied online, and after passing the online test, they invited me to a Hirevue. I had one week to finish the Hirevue tests. The results came out within a week, and I'm now waiting for the Assessment Centre.
I got a call from a BAE recruiter about three weeks after I sent in my resume. She asked me why I chose BAE and my salary expectations, plus a few other basic questions. It felt like a quick check, and she mentioned she'd set up interviews with three people. A couple days later, I got an email to schedule them. After some back and forth, they set up three separate 30-minute interviews with different directors. The interviews were nice, and I enjoyed talking to the directors. I didn't end up getting an offer, but I'll keep looking for other roles at BAE that might be a better fit.
