Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process is pretty standard. You'll interview with the hiring manager. They tend to low-ball offers, so be prepared to counter. If you have a panel interview, learn everyone's name beforehand and be sure to ask about the company's work culture.

This was the first step, an initial chat with a national recruiter. They emailed to set up a call time and confirmed it the next day. No job offer was made, just an invite to continue in the hiring pipeline.

I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty quick and to the point. It was technical, like you'd expect for a tech support role, asking about tools and specific situations. Then, there was a panel interview that was more technical. They asked about fixing PC issues, resolving network interruptions, my past experience with systems, and handling tough situations.
